We had a really fun Memorial Day weekend. My 16yo actually commented a few times yesterday that we had a lot of family time and she liked it. I realize I’m pretty lucky to have a teenager who feels that way about quality time with her parents. We started the weekend in VT and ended the weekend completing “Murph” at Reebok CrossFit Medfield. I’m really sore this morning…

The week is short and the schedule is pretty crazy this week with an orchestra concert and summer camp counselor training. So, I only have one official recipe to share. Tonight I’m making Mexican Style Pulled Pork which should yield some leftovers for another night and Thursday I’ll see what’s left and who will be around.
